Fixed Fee Purchase
Our fee is $950 (plus GST).
Disbursements are extra and include certificates, searches and agent fees. The cost can vary between $150 to $500 and will depend on the types of inquiries that are required for your particular property.

Our fee is $350 (plus GST) to prepare the contract of sale and Section 32 Vendors Statement.

Lawyer v Conveyancer
Our conveyancing matters are handled by lawyers. As lawyers, we can provide any necessary legal advice. A conveyancer is not qualified or permitted to give legal advice. If you have engaged a conveyancer and an issue arises which requires legal advice, your conveyancer will be required to refer you to a lawyer.
Generally, we do not charge extra for legal advice. However, if your matter reveals complex legal issue or requires extra documents to be prepared, we may need to charge extra. We will let you know if there will be an additional charge.
